Lions & Tigers & Turkey Vultures! Oh My!

A while back, a neighbor who had seen the beautifully beastly costumes I had made for my son, asked me to make one for hers. He was obsessed with turkey vultures, God love him, and I guess they aren't popular kids costumes because she couldn't find one to buy him. Imagine that! Knowing something about kids and their sometimes obscure passions, I was happy to help. A few trips to the fabric and feather store later....
